Wednesdays:
7:45-8:45am - Hatha Yoga @ Studio East - Kirkland (contact me about this class)
10:45am - noon - Hatha Yoga @ Studio East - Kirkland (contact me about this class)
Fridays:
7-8am - Hatha Yoga @ NW Community Yoga
6:30-7:30pm - Discussions on Yoga Philosophy @ NW Community Yoga (donations only)
