Tomorrow is the final exam for our teacher training program at Agama. What an amazing journey these last three months have been. I know I haven't blogged in a while and it's both because I've been extremely busy with classes and studying and because I don't know what to say about this experience. I could tell you more about the weather (rainy), the food, or the intense classes but that doesn't hold a candle to the internal process of 550 hours of yoga. I've connected to a place in myself that I knew philosophically existed but I can now begin to feel. Yoga is an experiential science of looking inward to find the great union of the one with the all and can only be confirmed with practice. I'm grateful for Agama yoga and this program, for our incredibly devoted teachers, and for my fellow students and seekers. Of course this isn't the end, it's only the beginning...
